ご購入に際しての注意事項！

※以下をご了承のうえ、ご購入お願いいたします。

・価格はすべて税込み、額装の作品は額込みの価格となります。

・先着順に対応させていただきます。

・すでに成約済みになってる場合もございます。

・転売目的でのご購入はお止め下さい。（ご購入後３年以内の転売は転売目的とみなします。やむを得ない事情がある場合は

　弊画廊までご連絡をお願いいたします。）

・お支払いはお振込み、またはカード払い（1回払いのみ）となります。

　画廊からのお支払い方法の連絡が来ましたら、指定の期限内に手続きをお願いいたします。(約2日ほど）

　期限内にご入金が無い場合は、キャンセルとさせていただきます。

・作品の画像は、実際の色合いとは多少違う場合がございますのでご了承下さい。

・ご購入作品のお渡しは会期終了後となります。

・ご購入作品は、後日画廊へ取りに来ていただくか、着払いにて発送させていただきます。

・会期終了後発送までに３～７日ほどお時間をいただく場合がございます。
・通常の宅配便で送れないサイズや作品、地域、海外の場合は、別途輸送方法・送料・納期などご相談させていただきます。

・作品証明書はなるべく作品と一緒にお送りしますが、事情により後日別途郵送で送る場合があります。

・作品の版権は作家に有りますので、作家本人の許可なく複写・複製またはそれに該当する行為はお止め下さい。

・ご購入者様情報は作家と共有させていただきますのでご了承ください。

・作品は1点ものとなります。配送中の事故・破損につきましては代替品のご用意が出来ませんので、ご理解の上ご購入ください。

・ご入金後のキャンセルはお受けいたしません。 

※受信メールにフィルターをかけられてる方は、返信メールが送れませんので、解除またはgalleryshibatacho@gmail.comからの受信許可をお願いいたします。

・We will respond on a first-come, first-served basis.

・Please do not purchase for the purpose of resale. (Resale within 3 years of purchase will be considered as resale. If you have unavoidable circumstances, please contact the gallery.).)

・Payment can be made by bank transfer or credit card (VISA and Master only, one time payment).

　Please complete the payment procedure within the specified time frame after you receive a notification from the gallery regarding the payment method. (about 2 days).

　If payment is not received by the deadline, your order will be cancelled.

・Please note that the color of the artwork may differ slightly from the actual color of the artwork.

・The purchased artwork will be delivered after the exhibition.

・Please pick up your purchased artwork at the gallery at a later date, or we will ship it to you by cash on delivery. (Shipping fee is free for orders over 50,000 yen.)

・Please allow 3-7 days for delivery after the exhibition.

If your work is too large to be sent by regular courier service, or if it is located in a region or overseas, we will consult with you separately regarding shipping methods, shipping costs, delivery time, etc.

・The copyright of the work belongs to the artist, so please do not copy or reproduce the work without the artist's permission.

・Please note that the information of the purchaser will be shared with the artist.

・The artwork is one-of-a-kind. Please understand that we will not be able to provide replacements in the event of accidents or damage during shipping.

・We do not accept cancellations after payment has been made.
